You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Sprely.

Payments go directly from a fan's wallet to a creator's wallet on BNB Smart Chain. Sprely does not hold, custody or transmit funds. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed; there are no refunds through Sprely.

Creators owe Sprely a platform fee on confirmed payments, invoiced separately. The fee rate is shown on the creator dashboard.

Sprely may remove content or suspend accounts that break the content policy, at any time.

Subscriptions last 30 days and do not renew automatically.
